New piece of oak scarfed in while the glue sets in about an hour.

Stretcher and leg finished under 2 hours.

A new piece of pine is shaped to fit

Glued in and rubbed down flush.

Coloured down to resemble grain. 1 hour's work.

Filler is a poor adhesive.

An easy fix when you have the bit. Took about 15 mins.

Split properly bridged with a glued in board then filled and finished. 1 hour.
